This consultation has concluded.
The Village Coogee would be a mixed use precinct comprising retail and entertainment facilities including specialty shops, cafes/restaurants and apartments. Three alternative design concepts have been proposed as a result of concerns about the height of the proposed tower in the original design concept. The two new design concepts do not include a tower. All options would reduce the licensed premises area and transform the pub space into a more family friendly space.
